Customer Support Engineer – US Central

Votiro is seeking a motivated Customer Support Engineer to be the company’s first line of customer care. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their technical issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Customer Support Engineer’s responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

This is a US-remote position, specifically located in the Central US region.

  • Manage and handle all customer tickets and urgent requests which meet our SLAs.
  • Be the focal point for our customers, identify their needs, and help them achieve their goals.
  • Work with our customers/POC during implementation and production of their Votiro’s Server-based applications.
  • Reproduce customer cases for detailed troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Share feature requests, effective workarounds and knowledge base entries with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • 3-5 years as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer (Software security industry) or similar CS role.
  • Hands-on experience with OS (Linux\Windows)
  • Strong understanding of K8S infra.
  • Hands-on experience with virtual and/or Cloud-based Environments (such as VMWare and AWS\Azure)
  • Familiarity and understanding of network communication, and protocols\technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, Proxies and Load Balancers).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience solving problems with a strong sense of customer commitment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, empathy, with high energy.
  • Naturally curious and excited to learn new technologies.
  • BSc in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Sales Engineer Israel

Votiro is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for assisting Sales and Partners with the technical sales activities in net-new and pre-existing opportunities.

The Votiro Sales Engineer will be teamed up with a Sales Director. The goal will be to deliver the technical value of the Votiro product to the end-user while discovering the prospect’s needs and IT environment. As a team, the goal will be to build a strong business justification for the end user, while ensuring that the given annual quota is met/exceeded.

  • Understand customer requirements and integrate Votiro solutions into the customers’ environment.
  • Deliver sales presentations, present technical information about Votiro’s products and services, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Manage all phases of product evaluations including installations, presenting at seminars, responding to RFPs and RFI’s and the technical development of Votiro Partners.
  • Ability to work independently and team collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to articulate the importance of Data Security and evangelize Votiro as the leader in the Data Detection and Response market to end-users of all levels.
  • Percent of travel varies by territory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year College or Technical School AND 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with all audiences, ranging from non-technical to executive-level technical decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and related Directory services.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows and Unix File systems.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security, Cloud Security & Data Security technologies and vendors
  • Exposure to security software such as EDR, email security, Data security. DLP.
  • Exposure to Microsoft M365 environment and applications (email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc..)
  • Exposure to Unstructured cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob ..)
  • Exposure to Open API deployments
  • Exposure to content and file security (AntiVirus, Sandbox..)
  • Ability to work independently and team collaboratively and professionally.
  • Ability to articulate the importance of Data Privacy, Threat Detection and Response, and Cloud Security/Posture Management as well as evangelize Votiro as the leader in those markets to end-users of all levels.
  • Willingness to travel within North America
