About the Role

The Regional Sales Director will play a crucial role in accelerating Votiro’s growth as we aim to carry our brand recognition and success into an underserved US market. This individual will be tasked with creating, developing and executing sales strategies as well as identifying account growth opportunities and use-cases for Votiro products. The Regional Sales Director is expected to deliver consistent revenue performance, account growth, and new account penetration. This individual will have relevant experience selling SaaS into Fortune 500 companies and can bear a network of contacts and relationships to draw from as we continue to identify new opportunities in the US market.  This role is a “hunter” and a “closer”. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage, develop, and grow prospects and existing customer relationships at both a strategic and tactical level to maximize revenue within each account. 
  2. Identify, qualify, and quantify all opportunities within an assigned region, leading sales efforts to deliver on set objectives and achieve revenue and growth targets 
  3. Develop and deliver accurate and technically sound sales presentations to potential customers – Cyber Security experience a plus. 
  4. Delivers on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets  


  1. 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/tech into Fortune 500 companies, managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, opportunity development, negotiation, and account growth. 
  2. Consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals in excess of up to $2M USD 
  3. Manage key customer relationships at both strategic and tactical levels to land and expand and to identify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts. 
  4. Strong network of industry contacts and partners to draw from to expand Votiro’s reach with a proven ability to strategically sales in a “top down” approach 
  5. Experience leveraging the following sales tools (or similar) to optimize productivity:

  7. Salesloft 
  8. ZoomInfo 

About You

  1. Seasoned closer with a hunter-mindset with a desire to grow in a unique start up environment 
  2. Domain experience in cyber-security is desirable, preferably with a background in file security, encryption, cloud security, or other related technologies 
  3. Comfortable being an active participant (not necessarily leader) in highly technical discussions, and able to collaboratively work with Sales Engineers to ensure we are delivering the optimal product and client experience. 
  4. Strong grasp of sales process and methodology to qualify and close new business opportunities (MEDDICC) 
  5. Excellent organizational and communication skills to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced, continually adapting, high-growth tech company. 
  6. Roll-up the sleeves attitude with an ability to also work independently and be a self-starter with minimal oversight. 


Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering)
