About the Position

The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role for our next phase of growth at Votiro.  This role will be responsible for working with both sales and marketing with a focus on documenting, executing, and improving our sales and marketing processes.  Responsibilities will include rebuilding and maintaining Votiro’s Salesforce instance ensuring we capture vital information, influence change to core sales operations activities, review current sales technology stack to ensure optimal usage of current tools.  The ideal candidate is a driven, passionate problem solver who will improve Sales and Operations performance by defining metrics requirements, managing business tools, conducting gap analysis & efficiently executing day to day activities. 


  • Become an expert in our sales and marketing technology stack as well as evaluate tools that would improve current operations
  • Manage operational activities in Salesforce including but not limited to evaluating current set up and working with sales to enhance current set up, update opportunity & account ownership, update sales territories, build easy access reports for leadership, lead and contact management, and integration into other tools
  • Provide reporting on marketing initiatives 
  • Promptly troubleshoot implementation/integration errors 
  • Work with global partner programs to integrate them into our sales and marketing stack and provide reporting
  • Oversee PandaDoc quoting, approval workflow and system integrations
  • Document processes for internal training and implementation
  • Oversee and audit HubSpot integration of lead generation sources and connected applications 
  • Evaluate and implement best practices across marketing automation ecosystem 
  • Validate lead attribution through customer journey is accurately reflected in HubSpot and Salesforce 
  • Provide progress updates to leadership 


  • 2+ Years’ Experience
  • Expert in Salesforce, backend set up and ability to design best in class processes
  • Detailed focus individual
  • Experience working with tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft
  • Experience setting up and running lead campaigns
  • Team player that is nimble to respond to ad hoc requests
